What is the best program to use to remove a Trojan Horse? (Preferably that is free)?

I got a trojan horse/other malware infections on my other computer. Yet, I am lacking a decent program to remove it. I am using my Etrust-Ez Armor Antivirus, Which unfortunatly did not succesfully detect it. So, I downloaded BitDefender in order to detect it (30-Day Free Trial). It did detect it, but lacked the ability to remove it, it blocked it though. So, I did a little Research and recieved the Prog(s): TrendMicro Anti-Spyware (30-Day Free Trial), Trojan Hunter (30 Day Free Trial), Ad-Aware (Free Edition), HiJack This (From Trend Micro), AVG Anti-Spyware. Some of them, like, AVG Anti-Spyware (Free Edition) detects it, but cannot delete it. Same thing with Trojan Hunter. Trend Micro, Is still scanning...

Anyone have good, free, program that detects AND removes Trojan Horses and Malware/Malicious Software?
