Can not detect virus, but i know my pc is infected. HELP?

i use avg free antivirus and avg antispyware, but still cant detect the virus or whatever. the problem is that my pc cant standby properly(when i standby it , it only standby for a few second before resuming to the desktop). There was also an add-in web tool bar called VSAdd-in, i did not install it. i deleted it's file but did not uninstall-it had no option to do that...i think that was the thing that mess my pc up.

please, anyone, help me get rid of this and restore my computer back to normal.

There are two things you can do.Try running the following two menus of ccleaner first

cleaner %26gt; Analyze %26gt; Run Cleaner

issues %26gt; Scan For Issues %26gt; Fix Selected Issues

after that run system file checker, to replace corrupt system files

If this does not solve your issue then you should format the hard disk and reinstall all software.

Go to the control panel and start up system restore!
Try this its free..Go to windows live home.Run the windows live one care trial,its pretty good.
