Why do people ask "lollypop" questions on yahoo!answers,theycan easily find the solution b

I notice people ask lolly questions like:

"How do i get rid of viruses?"

"Haircut help !!"

"What is Internet?"

and i answered one today--"What is a computer?"

Answers to these kinda que. can b easily found out on google,wiki etc.

I know some questions like"What is the best free antivirus?" which are asked everyday!!

Are these people TIMEPASSERS or they just wanna make fun of us?What to do abt them?Do we need to add something abt it in the community guidelines?

Perhaps they are suffering from severe boredom. Or they are just stupid. Hey! You dont get points for asking questions. Five points are subtracted from your account and then three are added when you choose best answer. If they annoy u that much, write this for the following questions-
